Minnesota Vikings at Arizona Cardinals: Game Time, Channel, Radio, Streaming and More

Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY Sports

This week's post about the various outlets covering the game between the Minnesota Vikings and the Arizona Cardinals is going to be a little shorter than normal, largely because it is (technically) a nationally televised game. So, let's get into everything you need to know in order to follow the action from the desert.

Television Info

The kickoff time for this one will be 7:25 PM Central time on Thursday night. As I said, this is a nationally televised contest, and it will be carried by the NFL Network. If you're in the Twin Cities area, the game will be aired live on the local CBS affiliate, that being WCCO-4. If you're anywhere else. . .well, find someone that has the NFL Network or head to your local establishment of higher drinking. The play-by-play team for this one will be Jim Nantz and Phil Simms.

If you're viewing this one from north of the border, it looks like you'll be able to find the game on CBS, Sportsnet, or TVA Sports. (Thanks to our friends at A Rouge Point for the information.)

For everyone in the United Kingdom, the game will be aired on Sky Sports, with kickoff coming at 1:25 AM on Friday morning. (Thanks to NFL UK.)

For our men and women overseas, this game will be aired live on the American Forces Network. Specifically, the game will air on AFN Sports, with coverage starting at 0100Z on Friday morning. That's a start time of 0200L on Friday for folks in Central Europe, 0530L on Friday for everyone in Afghanistan, and 1000L on Friday for everyone in Japan and Korea.

Radio Info

If you're not located somewhere that you can see Thursday's game, you can get the call from Paul Allen and Pete Bercich on the Vikings Radio Network. Here is a list of the affiliates to help you find one in the local area. As an alternative, you can check out the TuneIn online service.

If you're looking for the game on satellite radio, you can find the Vikings' feed on Sirius Channel 83 or XM Channel 225. There will also be a broadcast available through Westwood One, which you can find on SiriusXM NFL Radio, Channel 88. If you're going to be using the SiriusXM Online App, you can find the Vikings' feed on the Vikings' permanent home there, Channel 817.

Referee Info

According to Football Zebras, the officiating crew for this Thursday's game will be headed by Gene Steratore. His crew has not worked a game involving the Vikings yet this season.

Streaming Info

Since this is a Thursday Night Football contest, there will be a live stream of the action at NFL.com.

CCNorseman did a post during the preseason about legal streaming of NFL games. It outlines the only outlets for legal streaming of NFL action. If you're overseas, there's NFL GamePass to subscribe to as well.

As far as other streams are concerned, do NOT. . .and I mean not in any way, shape, or form. . .promote illegal streaming sites on The Daily Norseman. Not in the comments, not in the FanPosts, not in the FanShots, not in the Game Thread on Sunday, not anywhere. Don't even hint at them. Trust me on this. If you're that determined to watch the game via an illegal stream, do a Google search and find it on your own.

And that should be all the info you need to follow along with the action from Arizona tomorrow, ladies and gentlemen. We'll have the Open Thread up tomorrow approximately an hour before kickoff, just after the inactives come out.
