Minnesota Vikings News and Links, 3/25

I could have used a picture of Adrian Peterson riding a camel today, but really, F that guy and F his camel.

Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .

-The complete 2015 draft order is now available, as the compensatory picks have been announced.

-The Minnesota Vikings did not receive any compensatory picks, but they might be looking towards a couple next season.

-What if Peterson and his agent keep throwing a hissy fit and decide to retire from the NFL? (SPOILER: Nothing really changes.)

-Kyle explains why the team has to play hardball in the Peterson matter.

-The Vikings actually made a couple of under-the-radar free agent signings on Tuesday. They came to terms with linebacker/safety Taylor Mays, and also agreed to a deal with linebacker Casey Matthews.

The rules of the Open Thread are as follows:

-No discussion of politics or religion
-No feeding of the trolls
-Keep the bad language to a minimum (using the spoiler tags, if you must)
-No pictures that could potentially get someone fired or in serious trouble at their place of employment
-If you can't disagree in a civil manner, feel free to go away

With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open for this Wednesday, ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy the rest of your day!
