Well, the results for this round weren't terribly surprising, but we've gotten ourselves down to the final two in our Minnesota Vikings Draft Survivor competition.

In the three-way dance that comprised our semifinal matchup, Michigan State cornerback Trae Waynes was booted out of the competition by our readers. Of the 2,106 votes cast in the semifinal round, Waynes managed to collect exactly 1,000 of them, or 47%. He managed to outlast all of the other defensive players that were on our imaginary island in our competition, but he just couldn't make it all the way to the end.

That means our finals will be contested by two offensive players. On one side, we have Alabama wide receiver Amari Cooper, who picked up 584 votes in the semifinals (around 28%). On the other, we have Iowa offensive lineman Brandon Scherff, who collected 522 votes in the last round (about 25%).

We're going to post the finals on Monday, so that the last round doesn't get sort of forgotten over the weekend. But after starting out with 13 participants, we've narrowed the field down to the last two.
