It's entirely possible that the Minnesota Vikings will draft an offensive lineman with their first selection in the 2015 NFL Draft. However, if they go by the wishes of the Daily Norseman community, that offensive lineman will not be University of Miami tackle Ereck Flowers.
Flowers is the unfortunate soul that got voted off of the island in the second round of our Daily Norseman Draft Survivor competition. He was the only person in the pool this time around that received over 20% of the vote, putting him a significant distance ahead of the rest of the field.
The next round should be pretty interesting, as there were three players that were pretty closely bunched together behind Flowers. Missouri defensive end Shane Ray, Washington linebacker Shaq Thompson, and Stanford offensive tackle Andrus Peat each received between 12 and 13 percent of the vote from the members of our community this time around.
Who will join Flowers and Melvin Gordon on the sidelines of our Draft Survivor competition? Round Three will get underway later on today.
