30 Day Challenge, Day 4: Where Do You Like To Watch Vikings Games?

Rob Leifheit-USA TODAY Sports

Been a bit of a busy day over on this end, folks. . .so much so that I didn't even get today's Open Thread onto the main page. (Though, judging from the number of comments, people certainly had no issues finding it.) But, I wasn't going to miss the 30 Day Challenge for today, though I am going to go with a fairly simple topic.

Where is your favorite place to watch Minnesota Vikings football?

For me, since I've spent every game day for the last nine seasons in front of my computer while the games have been going on, I guess I have to go with "at home" by default. Don't get me wrong, I love the stadium experience and everything, but there's something to be said with always being able to have the food and/or drinks you want on hand, not having to wait fifteen minutes to use the restroom during a break, and always being able to find your way home after the game is over.

I'm probably in the minority on this, but I've never gone to a sports bar or other establishment specifically to watch a Vikings game. I've gone to other sporting events at sports bars before, but never specifically for Vikings football. It's not that I dislike sports bars or anything, but I've spent most of my life not really living in proximity to a good one, so it isn't something I've ever really wound up doing.

How about all of you out there? Are you a season ticket holder that goes to the stadium eight times a year? Do you get together at a friend's house on Sundays? Is there an establishment you like to go to to get your fix? Or are you more like me and prefer to just stay home and enjoy the game in your own way?
