According to multiple reports, the Minnesota Vikings will be bringing Donte Foster back to the team. Foster was with the team throughout camp this year until being released as the team began to whittle the roster down to 53 players. Foster wasn't very heavily involved in the Vikings' five preseason games, playing a total of 51 snaps and picking up two catches for 10 yards. The undrafted free agent from Ohio University played on the punt teams and garnered a +3.0 rating from Pro Football Focus in that area.
Foster confirmed the move on Twitter and Instagram on Tuesday:

To make room for Foster on the practice squad, the Vikings have released fullback Blake Renaud, who was also waived by the Vikings in the cut down to 53 but was signed to the practice squad the following day.
