The first game of the 2015-16 NFL Divisional Playoffs will be getting underway here shortly, with the Kansas City Chiefs. . .winners of eleven straight games. . .heading to Foxboro to take on the defending champions, the New England Patriots.
Both of these teams could, conceivably, host the AFC Championship Game next weekend. If the Denver Broncos win on Sunday afternoon, the winner of this game will be making the trip to Mile High. If the Pittsburgh Steelers were to pull off the upset, the winner of this game would host the AFC Championship Game next Sunday, as they'd both be higher seeded than Pittsburgh.
We'll have an Open Thread up for Saturday's NFC contest up approximately half an hour before kickoff. Until then, enjoy today's game, everybody!
