We're just under 48 hours away from kickoff between the Minnesota Vikings and Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. It's time for our weekly look at the final injury reports released by both teams.
Minnesota Vikings
Player | Position | Injury | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday | Sunday Status |
MyCole Pruitt | TE | Knee/Ankle | DNP | DNP | DNP | Out |
Sharrif Floyd | DT | Knee | DNP | DNP | DNP | Out |
Stefon Diggs | WR | Groin | LP | LP | FP | Questionable |
Jarius Wright | WR | Ankle | LP | LP | LP | Doubtful |
Jeremiah Sirles | T | Knee | LP | LP | FP | -- |
Laquon Treadwell | WR | Thumb | LP | LP | LP | Questionable |
Brandon Fusco | G | Concussion | FP | FP | FP | -- |
Alex Boone | G | Knee | FP | FP | FP | -- |
Anthony Barr | LB | Ankle | FP | FP | FP | -- |
Pruitt and Floyd are out again, which unfortunately isn't too surprising with the seasons both players are having injury-wise. Although Diggs is still considered questionable, all signs seem to be pointing to his return on Sunday, which should be a big boost for the Vikings' passing attack. The team still has his injury officially listed as a groin injury although there have been more mentions of a hamstring issue this week. It looks like all three starting offensive linemen listed on the injury report are good to go, which is good news because the O-line can ill afford another injury. It doesn't sound promising for Wright, and it seems that Treadwell is more of a coin flip.
Philadelphia Eagles
Player | Position | Injury | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday | Sunday Status |
Ron Brooks | CB | Calf | DNP | LP | FP | Questionable |
Jason Kelce | C | Foot | DNP | FP | FP | -- |
Bennie Logan | DT | Groin | DNP | DNP | DNP | Questionable |
Marcus Smith | DE | Groin | DNP | FP | FP | -- |
Allen Barbre | G | Ankle | LP | FP | FP | -- |
Mychal Kendricks | LB | Ribs | LP | FP | FP | Questionable |
Jordan Matthews | WR | Knee | LP | FP | FP | -- |
Leodis McKelvin | CB | Hamstring | FP | FP | FP | Questionable |
Rodney McLeod | S | Shoulder | FP | FP | FP | -- |
Although Logan is listed as questionable, it doesn't look like he'll play on Sunday. He left last week's game against the Redskins in the second quarter, didn't return, and hasn't practiced all week. The loss of Logan will definitely hurt Philadelphia in the middle of their defense. The other three players listed as questionable were full participants in Friday's practice, so it looks like everyone else listed on the Eagles injury report will likely suit up against the Vikings.
Stay tuned for much more coverage of this weekend's game between the Vikings and Eagles.
