The Vikings don’t play until Monday night, but there is still going to be plenty of action on Sunday to keep an eye on.

For the fourth time in eight NFL Sundays in 2016, the Minnesota Vikings will not be a part of the main slate of games on Sunday afternoon. Their game will not take place until Monday night, when they will take on the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field.

But do not despair, fans of the purple and gold. This means that, for the fourth time in eight weeks, it’s going to be a RED ZONE SUNDAY~! here at The Daily Norseman! Yes, you can keep an eye on the rest of the NFL action while we wait for our favorite team to take the field on Halloween.

Today, we get the third (and final) game of this year’s NFL International Series, as the Washington Redskins and the Cincinnati Bengals will be getting together in London. This one is going to be on FOX, and you can have breakfast with the NFL as this one gets underway at 8:30 AM Central time.

As far as the other two NFC North teams, the Detroit Lions will be traveling south to take on the Houston Texans as part of the noon Central time slate on FOX. There are only two late games today, but one of them will feature the Green Bay Packers battling the Atlanta Falcons at the Georgia Dome. That one is set for a 3:25 PM Central time kickoff.

Here’s a full look at today’s NFL action. If you don’t have the Red Zone Channel and need to know what games will be showing in your area, you can check out the coverage maps from the good folks at 506 Sports.
