Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings: Inactive Lists For Both Teams

Who will be sitting this one out for the Lions and the Vikings?

NFL: Houston Texans at Minnesota Vikings Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY Sports

We’re approximately ninety minutes from kickoff at U.S. Bank Stadium, and it’s time for both teams involved in today’s game between the Detroit Lions and the Minnesota Vikings to release their inactive lists. Here’s who will be sitting out for both teams, starting with the visiting team.

Detroit Lions

CB Johnthan Banks
OL Joe Dahl
RB Justin Forsett
TE Khari Lee
LB DeAndre Levy
OT Riley Reiff
CB Darius Slay

Slay is the big one for the Lions, as he’s their top cornerback. This could mean big things for Stefon Diggs this afternoon. Hopefully that will be the case.

And now, on to the home team.

Minnesota Vikings

G Alex Boone
DT Sharrif Floyd
LB Eric Kendricks
G Zac Kerin
TE David Morgan
TE MyCole Pruitt
WR Jarius Wright

The inactives mean that the Vikings only have two active tight ends this afternoon in Kyle Rudolph and Rhett Ellison. Wright is also a healthy scratch once again.

Those are your inactives, ladies and gentlemen. The Open Thread will be ready for you at approximately 11:00 AM Central.
