On the surface (and even digging down into the crust), the Vikings will have an easier schedule next season than this recently concluded one.

Tony Dungy credits his time with the Vikings as helping him to become a HOF coach with the Bucs and Colts.

Battle News from the NFL:

Justin Tuck will be signing a one-day contract with the Giants and then retire.

The Oakland Raiders have signed a one-year contract with O.co Colosseum for the 2016 season.

Vontaze Burfict's three-game suspension has been upheld.

The Panthers have voided the contracts of Jericho Cotchery and Roman Harper. They will become free agents in March. In other contract news, the Raiders have re-signed safety Nate Allen, and the Seahawks have signed CFL WR Jeff Fuller.

It sounds like the HOF voters blocked Terrell Owens from entering the Hall of Fame due to him being a disruptive jackwagon.
