Wednesday Open Thread: May 11, 2016

Hump Daaayyyyyy! We're half-way through the week, on our way to another glorious weekend. Not a whole lot of football news to share today, it's pretty slow out there. If you see something that I didn't, please let me know & I'll put it up here.

From NFL.com, Bret Bielema, HC of Arkansas, thinks underclassmen who enter the draft but aren't drafted should be able to return to school to finish out their eligibility. I think it's a good idea.

There are a couple stories about the Raiders' potential move to Las Vegas, here's one from ESPN, and another from Yahoo Sports.

Twins update (if you don't want to be depressed, you can skip this section):

To the surprise of no one, the Twins dropped another one last night. Berrios looked okay, and the Twins were able to tie the game with a 3 run blast by Plouffe, but then they made the mistake of handing the ball to Jepsen. The usual happened, and Jepsen gave the Orioles the lead, final score was 5-3. The Twins are on pace to lose 122 games this year. If they don't start looking better, I'm confident that they'll do it.

With that, we come to today's media selection. Since it seems like everyone's sick right now, I thought this would be a good clip to play. It's George Carlin, so it's gonna have some NSFW language in it.
