The second season of Celebrity Family Feud will be kicking off on ABC on Sunday, 26 June, and one of the episodes is going to feature a face that's very familiar to fans of the Minnesota Vikings.
Teddy Bridgewater, the starting quarterback of the reigning and defending NFC North champions, will be a part of an all-star team that will be featured on one of the episodes of the long-running game show.
There will be two episodes of Celebrity Family Feud that will feature NFL players. One of them will feature AFC offensive players against NFC defensive players. . .but, since no members of the Vikings are involved, feel free to skip that one.
The other NFL episode, as you might expect, will feature NFC offensive players against AFC defensive players. Bridgewater will be a part of the NFC offense team, along with San Francisco 49ers offensive tackle Joe Staley, Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson, Detroit Lions wide receiver Marvin Jones, and Washington Redskins receiver Pierre Garçon.
The team of AFC defensive players they'll be facing is led by the reigning Super Bowl MVP, Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller. He will be joined by Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Tamba Hali, Oakland Raiders linebacker Malcolm Smith, San Diego Chargers linebacker Melvin Ingram, and Cincinnati Bengals linebacker A.J. Hawk.
The teams will be playing for various charities. The NFC offensive team will be playing for the Professional Athletes Foundation, an organization that was founded to support, strengthen, and inspire players as they transitioned out of their NFL careers.
You can read about more of the teams that will be involved in the upcoming season of Celebrity Family Feud right here.
There hasn't been any definitive word yet as to when the episode featuring Bridgewater and company is going to air, but as we said, the season of Celebrity Family Feud gets underway on 26 June. Once we get word on when the episode will be on, we'll pass it along.
