Monday Open Thread: July 18, 2016

Happy Monday, everyone! I hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend. A full week of work for me, then my long awaited trip to the Twin Cities is here. Eight more days until the Braves series!

There's lots of news about Chad Greenway. He's getting set to host the 6th annual celebrity waiter night. He received a key to Hutchinson, and Chad's foundation benefitted from the 13th annual golf tournament hosted by the Bohannon Group.

ESPN says the Vikings are built to be good for a long time.

From NFL.com, Arian Foster has workouts planned with the Dolphins and Lions.

Von Miller agreed to a six-year, $114.5 million contract with the Broncos, which includes nearly $70 million in guarantees, per the USA Today.

Twins update:

Well, it wasn't an overly productive weekend for the Twins. The bats weren't very awake on Friday, and the Twins lost to division rival Cleveland, 2-5. On Saturday, they had a rain delay, then went into extra innings, but thanks to a walk-off error, the Twins topped the Tribe, 6-5. The bats were tired, and went back to sleep on Sunday, and the Twins fell to the Indians, 6-1.
