FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT

What would training camp be without at least one fight?

Bruce Kluckhohn-USA TODAY Sports

Nothing says 'Training Camp' than the first fight of the year, and today that's what we got, between Laquon Treadwell and Jabari Price.

Let's go live* to legendary ring announcer Michael Buffer.

*Not live, actually a clip from 1997. Still cool though

/we're still in our Michael Buffer voice, kids

In the purple corner, weighing in at 215 pounds, we have LAQUON......The TERMMMMMMMMMMMINATORRRRRRRRRRRRRRR....TREAAAAAAAAAADWELLLLLLLLLLLLL...Treadwell.

And in the white corner, weighing in at 200 pounds even, he is JAAAAAABARRRRRRRRRRIIIIIII....YOURE GONNA PAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY THE...PRIIIIIIIIIIIICE.....Price.

Okay, it wasn't that big of a deal, but Ch 9 did get it on tape:

Looks like Price got the best of Treadwell there, but as you can see, the fight broke up in a matter of seconds, and no one was hurt. If someone could dub in JR over that video, I will be your best friend forever. And reports from the locker room post practice is that fences were mended and everything is good.

Also, the next time a fight breaks out, I would like an offensive or defensive lineman not involved in the fracas to bear hug Teddy Bridgewater and don't let him go until the fight is over. All we'd need is for that pile to take a quick roll over Teddy's ankle and then we're staring straight into the abyss of Shaun Hill.

No one wants that.

So yeah. Fight in training camp today. Not a whole lot of anything came from it, and I score the round 10-9 Price.
