NFL Week 2 Non-Vikings Open Thread

The Minnesota Vikings don’t play until much later on in the day, but there’s still plenty of NFL action out there

NFL: Pittsburgh Steelers at Washington Redskins Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports

As we all know, the Minnesota Vikings won’t hit the field until this evening. That means that, for the first time this year, we get the next best thing.

It’s not a Sunday Bloody Sunday.

No, ladies and gentlemen, for the first time this year. . .it’s a RED ZONE SUNDAY for fans of the purple! Yes, while we wait for the game that matters the most this week, we can take in all of the action from across the NFL courtesy of the greatest thing to come across television screens since. . .I don’t know. . .the shift from black and white to color, I suppose.

Am I exaggerating? Am I?

Anyway, here is the full slate of games for today. If you don’t have the Red Zone Channel and aren’t sure which games are going to be shown in your area, the good folks at 506 Sports have all the maps for this week’s broadcasts.
