We’re starting to get some word on a few more Minnesota Vikings cuts, and we’ll attempt to document them as best we can.
The latest name to hit the chopping block is, apparently, defensive tackle Travis Raciti.
Rookie DT Travis Raciti is among the #Vikings roster cuts, per a source.

Raciti went undrafted out of San Jose State in 2015 and spent last season on the practice squad of the Philadelphia Eagles. He signed with the Vikings this offseason, and put together a solid preseason for himself. He had six combined tackles and two sacks for the Vikings in the exhibition season.
Unfortunately for Raciti, the Vikings are one of the deepest teams in the league at the defensive tackle position, with Linval Joseph and Sharrif Floyd as the starters and Tom Johnson and Shamar Stephen serving as the primary backups. Raciti might latch on somewhere, but it doesn’t appear that it will be with the Vikings unless he finds his way to the practice squad.
