Merry thirsty Thorsday, everyone!

Around the DN since our last open thread:

Skelly10 shared the news we've been waiting for for over a year. Teddy Bridgewater returned to practice.

Chris takes a brief look at Ravens/Vikings history.

Chris posted the Minnesota Vikings power rankings roundup for week 7.

If the Vikings could get a do-over, would they do Latavius Murray over?, Chris wonders.

Vikings news from other sources:

ESPN looks at how much has changed since Teddy last led the team on the field.

Players & coaches enjoyed seeing Teddy back with the team, from the Pioneer Press.

From Vikings.com, Lindsey Young has an interview with Harrison Smith (my favorite Viking, Teddy's right up there with him). There's a video of Teddy Bridgewater at practice, Mike Zimmer's press conference, and lots more in the media vault.

News from the rest of the league:

From the Sporting News, human bobblehead Ezekiel Elliot is having face-to-face with the folks at the NFL office about his suspension.

If I missed something, let me know and I can add it. It's hard to wade through all the muck, so please let me know if you see something interesting & I'll put it up here.

We come to our media selection.

There's can never be enough Weird Al, in my opinion, I should play more of this.

We all know the rules, but in case someone is new:

-No discussion of politics or religion

-No feeding of the trolls

-This isn't a male version of The View, so leave the gender hatred at the door

-Keep vulgar language to a minimum, using spoiler tags if you must

-No pictures that could get someone fired or in serious trouble with their employer

-If you can't disagree in a civil manner, feel free to go away

-While navigating the open thread, just assume it's sarcasm

With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open. Belly up & tie one on. Don't forget to tip your waitress, & try the chitlins.
