We’re just ninety minutes away from kickoff at Twickenham between the Minnesota Vikings and the Cleveland Browns, and both teams have released their inactive lists for today’s contest. Let’s take a look at who will be sitting this one out for both teams, starting with the “road” team.
Minnesota Vikings
- WR Rodney Adams
- QB Sam Bradford
- G Nick Easton
- OL Cornelius Edison
- DT Jaleel Johnson
- OL Jeremiah Sirles
- DE Stephen Weatherly
Wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who missed the team’s last two games with a groin injury, is active for this one and will, presumably, start. Also presumably starting in this one is guard Danny Isidora, as both Nick Easton and Jeremiah Sirles are out for this one. Offensive lineman Aviante Collins is active in this one for depth purposes. Anthony Harris will once again start in the place of Andrew Sendejo, who is suspended for today’s contest. Vikings’ preseason star Tashawn Bower is also “up” for the first time in his NFL career.
And now, on to the home team
Cleveland Browns
- OT Zach Banner
- DT Trevon Coley
- DE Myles Garrett
- QB Kevin Hogan
- DB Jason McCourty
- DT Larry Ogunjobi
- DB Jabrill Peppers
Not a lot of surprises on the inactive list for the Browns. Garrett didn’t even make the trip, while McCourty and Ogunjobi were both listed as doubtful. Peppers being out means that, of the Browns’ three first-round picks in last year’s NFL Draft, the only one that will play today is tight end David Njoku.
That’s a look at the inactive lists for the Minnesota Vikings and the Cleveland Browns for today’s game in London. Don’t forget, we will have our Open Thread open and running approximately an hour before kickoff, so that means it should be open for business at around 7:30 AM Central.
