We are just ninety minutes away from kickoff at Soldier Field in Chicago for the Monday Night Football matchup between the Minnesota Vikings and the Chicago Bears. That means that both teams have released their inactive lists for tonight’s contest, so let’s take a look at those now. We start, as always, with the visiting team.

Minnesota Vikings

  • WR Rodney Adams
  • DE Tashawn Bower
  • WR Stacy Coley
  • OT Rashod Hill
  • G Danny Isidora
  • S Jayron Kearse
  • QB Kyle Sloter

Both Coley and Adams are inactive means that the Vikings are going with Stefon Diggs, Adam Thielen, Laquon Treadwell, Jarius Wright, and the returning Michael Floyd at wide receiver. Also, defensive tackle Jaleel Johnson is “up” for the first time in his NFL career, so congratulations to him.

Oh, by the way, quarterback Sam Bradford is active and will start.

And now, on to the home team.

Chicago Bears

  • CB Marcus Cooper
  • C Hroniss Grasu
  • DL John Jenkins
  • LB Nick Kwiatkoski
  • RB Taquan Mizzell
  • QB Mark Sanchez
  • LB Willie Young

Kwiatkoski is a significant loss for a Bears’ linebacker corps that’s already short-handed with the loss of Jerrell Freeman and the suspension of Danny Trevathan. Young might be out for the season, but the Bears have not made any sort of roster move to replace him, so he’s on the inactive list for tonight.

That’s a look at who is inactive for both the Bears and the Vikings leading up to tonight’s big game. The Open Thread for the first quarter of action will be up at about 6:30 PM Central time.
