Happy Thirsty Thorsday, everyone!

Hey, hope you are all having a good day. I know I am, I like these days off in the middle of the week, it’s like getting an extra Monday AND an extra Friday, it just doesn’t get any better than this.

Well, I guess it does get better, but it’s still pretty cool having a day off in the middle of the week.

Arif posted Norse Code Podcast Number 177: Just a Little Below Average.

Well, Terence Newman said he was going to sign with a Super Bowl contender, and today he did. He re-signed with the Vikings, per Eric.

Adam Thielen also agreed to a three-year deal, also per Eric. Looks like 3 years for $17 million, and incentives that could push the total to $27 million, with $11 million guaranteed. Pretty good deal for both sides, in my opinion. I love the kid’s story, I hope he continues to reach new heights.

Datone Jones is hungry to sack Aaron Rodgers, per the Pioneer Press. He sure knows how to get the fans on his side right away.

From Matt Vensel at the Strib, Jared Cook left town without a deal, but Latavius Murray is still in the building. I’m glad Cook’s gone, I’m indifferent about Murray, I’d still like to see AD back, but would be okay with Murray as well.

Fox Sports has a 3-round mock draft for the Vikings.

Dont’a Hightower got PAID by the Patriots, per ESPN. He got a four-year, $43.5 million deal.

Charges were dismissed against Darrelle Revis, per Fox Sports. Charges should have been dropped, in my opinion.

Here’s one of the great old commercials, the Bud Light Real Men of Genius. Some of you may not know this, but the guy who does the lyrics on these commercials is the lead singer of Survivor, a truly great band from the 80s (don’t @ me).
