Wednesday Open Thread: March 8, 2017

Merry Wednesday, everyone!

It’s the middle of the week, it’s a nice, easy downhill ride from here on. Enjoy it. I just got to Billings, & my kiddo was elated to see me (the feeling was mutual, of course), it’s a darn good night. I’ll be at a funeral in the morning, then making the lovely drive back to Bismarck (yes, that’s sarcasm, it’s a s***ty, boring drive). Maybe I can stop in Glendive & watch another drug deal take place right outside the restaurant window (Yep, that actually happened. I’ll share that story tomorrow. Man, only in Glendive, I had to text MTViking & tell him about it).

The following pertains to about one half of one percent of you, so most of you can just read it & understand that I’m not talking to you:

I’m going to address this one time, because I’m tired of dealing with it everyday in the comments. This is a place for Vikings fans to come gather news, talk football (among other important subjects like grilling and beer), and have fun. There are some who can’t seem to reply to others without being a horse’s ass every time. It’s driving good people away who would otherwise be here, and it’s going to stop immediately. You’ll see in the rules, it says “If you can't disagree in a civil manner, feel free to go away”. Read that very thoroughly, and make sure you understand it before you wade into the comments. I love the community here, it was a great place to be & it’s going to be that way again.
