We all know that the Minnesota Vikings don’t have a first-round selection in the 2017 NFL Draft. However, they do have eight other selections, and that’s what we’re focusing on in this post. We want to let everyone know where the Vikings will be selecting as things stand right now.
So, this is a quick look at where the current Vikings’ selections are situated in the draft order. Here is the complete list.
Day 2
- Round 2, #48 overall
- Round 3, #79 overall
- Round 3, #86 overall (acquired from Miami Dolphins in trade last year)
Day 3
- Round 4, #120 overall
- Round 4, #128 overall (acquired from Miami Dolphins in trade last year)
- Round 5, #160 overall
- Round 6, #199 overall
- Round 7, #232 overall
Obviously, I don’t expect the picks that the Vikings actually end up making this weekend to be at all of those spots. I think Rick Spielman is going to be doing his usual moving up and down the draft board. However, as of about 10 AM Central time on the first day of the draft, that’s where the Vikings currently stand.
