Today is the time for the real draft to start. I thought the draft last night was very intriguing with lots of surprises. Lamp, Robinson, and Cook going un-drafted was a surprise. The teams trading up for QBs was also surprising.

Now that the Vikings are allowed in the draft they can go about dominating it as usual right? In this mock I am going to do what I would like to see happen and what the Vikings might do.

My last mock is still possible while maybe not probable. Still, almost all of the players were brought in for a visit by the Vikings which should be informative.

So here we go with the mock I want to see happen first.

2.48 Obi Melifonwu SS/LB

3.79 Curtis Samuel WR/KR/RB

6.199 Tyler Orlosky C

7.232 Jordan Evans LB

Here is what I think the Vikings will do.

2.48 Josh Jones S North Carolina State

3.79 Pat Elflien Ohio State

3.86 Samaje Perine RB Oklahoma

4.120 Carlos Henderson WR Louisiana Tech

4.128 Damontae Kazee CB San Diego State

5.160 Jonnu Smith Florida International

6.199 Elijah Lee LB Kansas State

7.232 Jerod Evans QB Virginia Tech

I will be lucky to get one player from either of these two mocks selected by the Vikings and definitely will not get them in the right spot.

Feel free to post your own mocks!
