If you wanted to count all of the times in his life where Linval Joseph has been “the little guy” in a picture, you likely wouldn’t have to use all the fingers on one of your hands. But, that was just the situation that happened a day or two ago.
Andy Kenutis, the team photographer for the Minnesota Vikings, put this picture on his Twitter account earlier today.
I never thought Linval could look small. #VikingHeritage pic.twitter.com/uZLTuzR7Kc

That’s Joseph with a man we’ve talked about recently, Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson. As Luft Krigare pointed out to everyone earlier today, a few members of the Vikings are on a “heritage trip” to Iceland, where Björnsson hails from.
It’s not every day that someone can make one of the baddest defensive tackles in the National Football League look small. The Vikings’ website lists Joseph at 329 pounds, but Björnsson tips the scales at just over 440. He’s also one of the strongest men in the world, so he’s got that going for him. . .which is nice.
Come to think of it, the Vikings do have an opening for a strength coach. If Mr. Björnsson was so inclined, perhaps he could help the purple in that capacity.
