Last night, the NFL Network’s Top 100 list came to its conclusion, and though there were three members of the Minnesota Vikings that made the list, one of them just barely missed it.
The NFL Network put out a video of the next ten players that were on the list that didn’t make the Top 100, and massive defensive tackle Linval Joseph apparently just missed the big list, as he was shown as #104.
Joseph continued to be a huge force in the middle of the Vikings’ defensive line in his third season with the team, and it was a bit of a surprise that he didn’t get onto the main list somewhere. Hopefully next year he will be recognized again.
The Vikings that did make the list were defensive end Everson Griffen (#92), safety Harrison Smith (#74), and cornerback Xavier Rhodes (#66). If you’d like to see the hype videos that each of those three players received, you can see them at the NFL Network’s site for the Top 100 list for this past year.
