We know that everyone’s looking for as much Teddy Bridgewater news as possible. . .frankly, that’s been the case since last September. Well, there’s been another video of the Minnesota Vikings’ quarterback getting ready for Training Camp, and in this one he shows off some pretty impressive footwork.
In the video, you can see Bridgewater. . .again, sans knee brace. . .doing a movement drill before firing a pass to an unseen receiver down the field. Now, I understand that it’s not the same doing this as it is when you have a collective of angry 300-pound men that want to rip your head off chasing you, but as we’ve said numerous times when it comes to #5, given where he was a little less than a year ago, it’s still pretty impressive.
EDIT: After further review, he looks like he might be wearing a knee brace again after all. My apologies for the error. -Chris
It looks like he might be working out with another NFL wide receiver, in this case his former Louisville teammate, DeVante Parker.
As we get closer to Training Camp, Bridgewater looks bound and determined to show that he doesn’t need to start this upcoming season on the Physically Unable to Perform List. I’m glad that I’m not in the shoes of Rick Spielman or Mike Zimmer when it comes to making that decision the day after Bridgewater reports for camp.
