In their first full-team practice of training camp for 2017, the Minnesota Vikings appeared to pick up right where they left off in 2016.
With injury issues.
The biggest scare of the day was provided by new starting left tackle Riley Reiff, who actually left practice on a golf cart.
First practice for #Vikings and Riley Reiff leaves on a golf cart. Didn't see if anything happened. Went to medical tent prior and returned. pic.twitter.com/QerASw97YQ

After practice, Vikings’ head coach Mike Zimmer said that Reiff had a “twinge”. . .whatever that means. . .and that he was going to be fine. I guess the golf cart was just for decoration and/or dramatic effect.
Wide receiver Adam Thielen got in on the fun as well.
Now Adam thielen goes to the sidelines we will see if he is ok

I didn’t see anything specific anywhere on what happened with Thielen, but he was apparently back at the Jugs machine later in practice catching passes, so apparently it wasn’t anything too serious.
Outside of the Teddy Bridgewater press conference and these two potential issues, it doesn’t appear there was a whole lot of news coming out of Mankato today. Given what could have happened with either Reiff or Thielen. . .or any other player, for that matter. . .I think we can chalk that up as a win.
