The event will take place in early October

NFL: Chicago Bears at Minnesota Vikings Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY Sports

Women are becoming an increasingly larger part of the National Football League’s fan base, as well as the media that covers the sport. For those women that are just getting into the sport and/or desiring to learn more, Minnesota Vikings tight end Kyle Rudolph has just announced an opportunity for them to gain that knowledge.

Rudolph has announced his inaugural Women’s Football Clinic, which will be held at the National Sports Center in Blaine on 2 October. Here is the full release that we received about the event:

The Kyle Rudolph Football 101 Women’s Clinic sponsored by COVERGIRL® will be held on October 2nd from 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM at National Sports Center. Women will learn football basics in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. There will be a cocktail hour prior to the clinic featuring two complimentary drinks and light appetizers.

Rudolph and our event staff will be on-site to offer insight and direct the event. Participants will experience various stations specializing in fundamental football skills and play in touch football games. Guests will be able to interact with the COVERGIRL® brand by getting an exclusive makeover with COVERGIRL® products, creating an end-zone dance GIF, and taking a 360 game-face huddle picture.

Event partners include Walmart and Citi.

The clinic is open to women ages 21 and older. More information and registration is available at KyleRudolph101.com.

Hopefully some of our readers will be able to take advantage of this opportunity.
