Minnesota Vikings Waive Bronson Hill

Another running back gets chopped

With the depth chart at running back for the Minnesota Vikings having been pretty well set for some time, the latest move from the team is not really that surprising.

According to Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, the team is waiving running back Bronson Hill.

Hill was signed by the Vikings during Training Camp, following the season-ending knee injury to running back Bishop Sankey. The Vikings are already pretty well set at running back with rookie Dalvin Cook, Latavius Murray, and Jerick McKinnon, so any other backs were going to have a tough time making the team. It sounds like the team does want to bring him back to the practice squad, though.
