In what can be classed as a mildly surprising move, it appears that the Minnesota Vikings have decided that they’re going to roll into the regular season with two quarterbacks.
Taylor Heinicke released, per source

According to Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, quarterback Taylor Heinicke has been waived. He has apparently been waived with an injury designation, which means that if he clears waivers he will go on injured reserve.
It was an up-and-down preseason for Heinicke, who threw interceptions in each of the first two preseason games before leading a furious last-minute drive in the third preseason game, running in a two-point conversion to give the Vikings a victory.
Heinicke still has practice squad eligibility left, and he would still have to clear waivers, so the Vikings might still be able to keep him around.
So, your Vikings’ quarterbacks as of right now are Sam Bradford, Case Keenum, and nobody else.
