Good Morning!
Hope your work week is flying by at light speed, unfortunately mine isn’t because it feels like it’s forever until the Vikings-Bears game Sunday night which also coincides with my next day off so I’ll get to watch the game! Since the Thursday night football game is against two common opponents I’ll have a game thread ready to post about 30 minutes before kickoff for your heckling pleasure. While we’re waiting for the next Vikings game to start we’ll continue with our Open Thread of news and links with beer recommendations, nap strategies, crock pot and smoker recipes and maybe some Vikings news and gouge sprinkled in. Have another cup of coffee and drop by for some fan wisdom and snark. With that, let’s do this.

We come to today’s media selection: Bon Jovi - It’s My Life
Again, we all know the rules, but in case someone is new:
-No discussion of politics or religion
-No feeding of the trolls
-This isn’t a male version of The View, so leave the gender hatred at the door
-Keep the bad language to a minimum (using the spoiler tags, if you must)
-Speaking of which, if discussing a newer show or movie, please use spoiler tags
-No pictures that could get someone fired or in serious trouble with their employer
-If you can’t disagree in a civil manner, feel free to go away
-While navigating the open thread, just assume it’s sarcasm.
With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open. Belly up & tie one on. Don’t forget to tip your waitress, try the venison chili and as always, Welcome Aboard and Skol Vikings!
