In a move that was kind of surprising but not necessarily unexpected, the axe has fallen on Vikings offensive coordinator John DeFilippo:

The Vikings offense has struggled for most of the last month, and in the last two road games they have barely put up much of an effort. Between one of the worst running games in the NFL, and a passing game that generated more targets to Laquon Treadwell than Adam Thielen until midway through the third quarter last night, momentum seemed to be building to this moment. In his place, the Vikings will reportedly put QB coach Kevin Stefanski in as interim OC:

Still though, firing DeFilippo won’t cure what ails the Vikings offense. Yes, he had become a stale play caller, and a fresh set of eyes could improve the offense. However, there are still issues that will need to be addressed in the off-season, another offensive line rebuild being chief among them.
But, for now, Flip is out and Stefanski is in. We’ll have more on this as this unfolds.
