Sunday Night Football Discussion: Kansas City Chiefs at Seattle Seahawks

It’s time for Sunday Night Football, and it’s a game that could play a role in the Minnesota Vikings’ postseason hopes.

This game will see the Kansas City Chiefs taking on the Seattle Seahawks, and if the Chiefs get a win they will wrap up the #1 seed in the AFC playoffs. But none of you care about the AFC, so let’s look at the NFC side of this.

If the Seahawks were to lose this one, the Vikings would jump over Seattle into the #5 spot in the NFC playoff field. It would also, potentially, put both Wild Card spots in the NFC in play going into Week 17. If the Seahawks were to emerge victorious in this one, they would wrap up a postseason berth, meaning that only one spot in the NFC would remain up for grabs between two teams: The Vikings and the Philadelphia Eagles.
