We’re ever so close to the weekend, and hopefully you get to enjoy good times with family, and even better, lots of food from the grill and/or smoker. Like they say, the family that eats dead meat together.....ummm.....I can’t remember the rest, but they don’t go to bed hungry, anyway. Oh, and remember, beware the ides of February.
