Nae Sayers. Change my mind. Seriously.

I was on the fence about the QB decision and could see the argument made for many different directions but as the dust settles, this just makes sense to me. We got the best no-medical red flags QB in free agency for less than what some other teams were willing to pay him. Is Cousins the best QB in the league? No. Is he getting paid the highest? For now and not for long. That's just the way FA goes, what would you rather spend that load of money on? Because if we dipped into OL we would probably way over paying for them as well, at least we are overpaying (by talent standards) for the most important position on the field and when you think about the realities of the NFL and FA did we overreach for Cousins, I say no. Don't forget we came into FA with a lot of money with not many holes to fill so why not fill the biggest hole which just so happens to be the most important position with the best possible player at that position who has two healthy knees. Again, I was hesitant but as stuff pans out it really looks to be the right decision. For you Nae Sayers, notice the bottom of the meme says "change my mind" and I am being honest about this, don't just bitch and moan. Give an alternative, an alternative in the moment, not ifs and buts IF Teddy's/Bradford's knee holds up etc... etc... Because we all know the only FA QB with more throwing talent than Cousins is Bradford and that experiment failed.
