Daily Norseman Community Mock Draft Starts Tomorrow

The 2018 NFL Draft is rapidly approaching, and with that in mind, we’re going to borrow an idea from our friends over at Baltimore Beatdown, SB Nation’s home for the Baltimore Ravens. (With their permission, of course.) Since we haven’t organized any sort of Community Mock Draft for this year, and I don’t see one in the FanPosts anywhere or anything, we’re going to mock the entire first round of this year’s Draft as a community.

Starting tomorrow at around 9 AM Central time, we’ll do the first post, as the Cleveland Browns will be “on the clock” with the #1 overall pick. We’ll have a poll with several realistic options based on team needs, as well as a summary of those needs and things of that nature. The poll will run for a little less than 24 hours, at which point we’ll declare the winner and move on to the next pick. The start and end time for each pick might vary slightly based on non-site related issues or other things, but we will do our best to make sure each selection gets the maximum amount of time.

We should be able to get the entire first round knocked out before the 2018 NFL Draft starts on Thursday, 26 April. We’ll definitely be sure that we get to the Minnesota Vikings at #30, and hey. . .at least this way there’s no arguing over who represents the Vikings in the Community Mock, which is nice.
