With the 2018 NFL Draft officially in the books. . .or, at the very least, it is for the Minnesota Vikings. . .we will soon be in the midst of the undrafted free agent signing frenzy.

Now, I want everyone to keep in mind that a lot of what we’re going to be seeing in this space is coming from second-hand and third-hand sources, such as agents and things of that nature. The Vikings will put out an official list of guys that they have signed at some point, whether it’s today or on Sunday. But, as things stand right now, nothing is officially official until the Vikings make a declaration that it’s official.

We know that undrafted free agents have had a significant impact on the Vikings over the past couple of years, particularly guys like Marcus Sherels and Adam Thielen. Who knows. . .the next great Vikings’ undrafted free agent might be someone they grab over the course of the next day or two.

So, we will do our best to track all of the Vikings’ UDFA activity in this space as news and rumors come in. Hopefully Rick Spielman and company will be able to find some steals.
