From the Sporting News, David Tepper has finalized a deal to purchase the Carolina Panthers. Tepper is currently a minority owner of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Supreme Court struck down the federal ban on sports gambling, opening the door for states to legalize the practice, per Fox News. You know, because nobody has been betting on sports while the law was in effect.
