Hat tip to The Viking Age for grabbing this one first.
We’re a little less than two months away from the induction of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2018. As we all know, former Minnesota Vikings’ legend Randy Moss is going to be among those entering football immortality, being the first wide receiver to be inducted on his first try since Jerry Rice.
Today, Moss put a picture of his Hall of Fame locker on Instagram.
As you can see, Moss’ locker pays tribute to the two teams that he is primarily identified with over the course of his career, the Vikings and the New England Patriots. You’ll notice that the helmet in the center is that beautiful shade of purple, though.
The locker also appears to feature the card that the Minnesota Vikings turned in on draft day in 1998 when the Vikings made him the 21st overall selection. . .and second wide receiver off the board. . .on that fateful Saturday. There are plenty of other items in there as well, but those are the ones that are clear enough to stand out.
Are any of you folks out there planning on making the trip to Canton to see Moss be enshrined? If so, be sure to get some pictures of this beauty while you’re there.
