Since the last post that we originally put on social media and brought over here seems to be pretty popular, let’s take another one and transfer it over, shall we?
The other day, we posed this question to Minnesota Vikings fans on Facebook and Twitter:
If you were the #1 overall pick in the NFL Draft, what’s the first thing that you would buy?
Now, I should have put a caveat on that, because as Eric pointed out on Twitter. . .
Anyone that doesn't say "buy momma a house" is heartless imo

Honestly, “buy momma a house” is what you should do with that kind of money. But, beyond that, what’s something that you’d buy for yourself if you suddenly came into #1 overall draft pick money?
Here were some of the answers we got:
A steak dinner most likely because the meeting to sign and anyboress obligations would take way too long.

Then, a new orange toupee if any are left
Hookers and coke

For the record, I’m going to go ahead and advise against this one.
A fall guy

Somewhere, Cris Carter nods in agreement.
A plane ticket out of Cleveland

Ouch, man. . .ouch.
I’m not actually sure what I’d do if I ever came into that sort of money. I’d probably feel the need to take my wife on a vacation to anywhere she wanted to go and spare no expense. Beyond that? I’d probably end up just putting the rest away so that, in the event that I didn’t get a second contract, I wouldn’t be flat broke.
How about you folks? What would you buy if you were the #1 overall pick in the NFL Draft (besides a house for your mom/dad/parents/other family)?
