People often complain that our Congress takes on bills that are unimportant and don’t move the world forward. This is one of those.
Today, I introduced the #GoPackGo Act because no Packers fan should ever be forced to watch games. pic.twitter.com/n2wyzrpON7

Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Lainey Seyler reports that Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.) is introducing a bill that would mandate cable, satellite, and other TV providers to ensure that those living in anywhere in Wisconsin have access to Packer games.
The counties that would be required to show Packer games are the following: Burnett, Washburn, Polk, Barron, St. Croix, Dunn, Pierce, Douglas, Bayfield, Ashland, Iron, Sawyer and Florence.
These various counties are a part of the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Duluth, Minnesota and Marquette, Michigan media markets so they watch Minnesota Vikings or Detroit Lions games.
I know listening on the radio, NFL Game Pass, Hulu or various other methods is hard for them, so I’m sure this bill will pass with flying colors.
This should come as a surprise to no one, Sen. Baldwin is running for reelection this November. Pandering to your base its finest.
