Where were you for the Minneapolis Miracle?

Let’s hear your stories, ladies and gentlemen.

We’ve got another theme this week among our SB Nation NFL blogs, and this week it’s simply “Where were you when. . .”

Yes, I know that we keep going back to this well over and over, and I know that it’s almost finally time for the 2018 season to get underway, but this one is pretty obvious.

So, Minnesota Vikings fans. . .where were you when this happened?

Yeah, it’s a slightly different version of the video, but you all know what I’m talking about.

Personally, I was where I always am during Vikings games. . .sitting on my couch in front of the big screen TV, waiting to see what was going to happen. And, in the interest of full disclosure, I’ll be honest:

I already had my recap of another heartbreaking Vikings loss all put together and ready to publish when the (seemingly) inevitable happened.

But, we know what actually happened, and so the post-game recap was delayed a bit. You know, once I finished scaring the hell out of my wife and my dog (both of whom were on the bottom floor of the house) and my hands stopped shaking and my pulse returned to normal levels.

(Honestly, I can’t even begin to imagine what my reaction is going to be when this team wins Super Bowl LIII in about six months. I might need to get me one of those Life Alert necklaces or something.)

But, that’s where I was when it happened. I know that there were a lot of you that were actually in attendance at U.S. Bank Stadium, but whether you were there or not, let’s hear your stories of where you were when the Miracle took place.
