Thursday Open Thread: August 9th, 2018

Good Morning!

It’s my normal day to do the daily thread, so let’s get to it! One more day until I start my first vacation in four and a half years and more importantly the Vikings have a preseason game on Saturday that I will attend. While we’re waiting impatiently for the preseason to get started we’ll continue with our daily thread full of beer recommendations, nap strategies, crock pot and smoker recipes. Have another cup of coffee and drop by for some fan wisdom and snark. Who’s over excited for the the Vikings first preseason game is this Saturday in Denver? Me!
