Good Morning!
How’s your Saturday going? I’ll be working all weekend and trying to catch the game on my iPad if work will slow down enough. For any Chiefs fans that wandered over from Arrowhead Pride, Welcome Aboard. Feel free to talk football, outdoor grilling or any other subject that comes up (we have rules though). Meanwhile, let’s carry on with our news and links open thread full of beer recommendations, nap strategies, crock pot and smoker recipes. Drop by for some fan wisdom, snark; go ahead and have a lunch beer and start the tailgating early, it’s Saturday and have one for me, I’m working today.

Again, we all know the rules, but in case someone is new:
-No discussion of politics or religion
-No feeding of the trolls
-Leave the gender hatred at the door
-Keep the bad language to a minimum (using the spoiler tags, if you must)
-Speaking of which, if discussing a newer show or movie, please use spoiler tags
-No pictures that could get someone fired or in serious trouble with their employer
-If you can’t disagree in a civil manner, feel free to go away
-While navigating the open thread, just assume it’s sarcasm.
With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open. Belly up & tie one on. Don’t forget to tip your waiter and Welcome Aboard!
