The second injury report of the week is out for your Minnesota Vikings, and there aren’t a whole lot of changes on it from what we saw on Thursday’s report. Let’s get right to it.
Did Not Participate
- Ben Gedeon (concussion)
Limited Participation
- DE Everson Griffen (knee)
- S Anthony Harris (groin)
- DT Linval Joseph (knee)
- S Harrison Smith (hamstring)
- DT Shamar Stephen (knee)
- WR Adam Thielen (hamstring)
Full Participation
- RB Dalvin Cook (chest, upgrade from limited)
- G Josh Kline (concussion)
We’ve already talked a bit about Thielen’s injury and that he won’t be back on Monday if he feels that he’s not 100%, so we won’t hammer it any more here.
Dalvin Cook was the lone change on the injury report, as he was upgraded to a full participant in Friday’s practice. Everyone else participated at the same level they were estimated to be at on Thursday.
With a lot of big names on the “limited participation” list, tomorrow’s final injury report holds quite a bit of intrigue for the Vikings. Hopefully most of those players will be able to get onto the field for a pretty big game in the Pacific Northwest on Monday night. Once the final injury report does drop, we’ll have it for you here.
