We start this episode with Yinka diving into his lack of trust for Kirk Cousins. Yinka initially created a stir in the Climbing The Pocket group chat by jumping at the chance to dog Kirk Cousins after his poor performance at Kansas City. The disagreements spilled over into our weekly roundtable which can be seen here.

Jayson pressed Yinka on this pod to understand why he was still so focused on Cousins’ contract or the looming possibility of an extension instead of enjoying the strong season to date from the Vikings.

Myles Gorham praised Kirk for continuing to grind throughout the game while avoiding the catastrophic mistakes we’ve seen in the past when Kirk Cousin isn’t playing his best game. This is a sentiment shared by fellow CTP contributor Josh Mensch.

Myles also used this clip posted by Nick Olson to discuss how the Chiefs did a good job disguising their coverages throughout the game.

Finally, Myles provided his expectations for our upcoming matchup with the Cowboys while attempting to keep his love for Dak Prescott under wraps. Ultimately, Myles picked the Vikings to win a close game in Dallas.
