UPDATE: ESPN is reporting that Diggs is fine and will be going back into the game the next time the Vikings have the football. Cook has gone back to the locker room with what is being called a shoulder injury, and his return is questionable. We will provide more updates as we are able to do so.
Original post follows.
After seeing the Seattle Seahawks tie the Monday Night Football contest at 17-17, the Minnesota Vikings might be seeing their worst nightmares come to fruition.
Dalvin Cook fumbled on the Vikings’ first play after the Seahawks tied the game, with Seattle recovering, and on the play both Cook and Stefon Diggs were down with injuries.
We don’t know what the injuries are exactly, or what the extent of those injuries are, but we know that Diggs is walking around the sideline with his helmet and Cook has gone back to the locker room.
