With the 2018-19 NFL season having been over for approximately 24 hours, it’s already time to start looking forward to next season! Thanks to various sports gambling venues across the internet, we can do just that, and the Minnesota Vikings appear to be at least a decent bet at many sportsbooks that you can find online.

We’ve gotten some of the early betting lines from a few different books, and while there aren’t a lot of teams that are above the Vikings at this point, the sharps aren’t nearly has high on the purple as they were at this time a year ago. Here are some of the odds we found:

BetOnline.ag: 18/1

Bovada: 20/1

Westgate: 16/1

William Hill: 18/1

As far as the overall favorite, three of those sites have the newly-crowned champions, the New England Patriots, as the early favorite to repeat. (I know, I’m as surprised as you are.) The other teams that are among the favorites at this early stage are the teams you’d expect. . .the Kansas City Chiefs, the Los Angeles Rams, the New Orleans Saints are all right at the top.

Now, of course, attempting to predict anything this early in the offseason proceedings is likely to be a fool’s errand. After all, we’ve still got free agency and the NFL Draft and all sorts of things could happen between now and then. But, if you’ve got some money just burning a hole in your pocket and you need something to do with it, if you’re courageous enough to bet on the Vikings winning the Super Bowl, it could net a solid return for you at this time next year.
