Happy Tuesday, everyone!

Hey, sorry about the thread yesterday. We decided to switch to a new network on Friday, so with the new network, I reset all of our devices on Saturday. When I reset my devices, my authentication login thingy goes kurplut (hope I didn’t confuse anyone with the tech jargon), and I didn’t realize it until Sunday evening when I sat down to post the blog. I had to wait for a reset from the authorities, so my apologies. Thank you to GA Skol for covering yesterday, I owe you a cold one.

Well, we’re officially in the off-season, and here in Bismarck, we’re officially in the middle of some disgustingly cold weather. Highs below zero all week, YAY! Those are air temps, not wind chill, you might want to grab a jacket. At least we’re getting some snow with it, and I do love snow. I figure we’re gonna get the cold whether I like it or not, so might as well get a bunch of snow. At least it’s pretty, plus more people stay home, which makes driving more enjoyable.

From Chris, two Vikings were on the list as PFF posted installment #1 of their PFF Top 101 of 2018.

Chris looks across some of the Vegas sportsbooks and the odds for each team hoisting the trophy next year, and they are pretty high on the Vikings, although not as high as they were last year at this time.

Mocking the draft put up their latest mock draft, and they have the Vikings addressing the line. What? Which line? Offense or defense? No, you’re wrong, offense AND defense. You were close, though.

Over at ESPN, Walter Payton Man of the Year, Kyle Rudolph, shares his story and how it motivates him to work with the Masonic Children’s Hospital. These are the guys I like to cheer for, I’m glad the Vikes have men like this on the team.

Well, it’s the off-season, so it’s officially time for smoker recipes. Here’s a video about smoking a brisket on the Weber Smokey Mountain smoker (that’s the smoker I have, I love it).
